Mile stone 2
Today the Eggs came in took some pictures of them and worked on the signs and got some more helpers for the egg team. I think it worked because people were very excited to help with my project because of its appealing idea. My project is going pretty well.
Milestone 1
I met my first milestone of getting approval by the ASB for the funding. I think I was successful because of how fun the idea sounded.
Spring Egg Hunt Project Proposal.
Gavin Zahm presents you the awesome project that is....
What is your plan for the project and what do you expect to see?
The project I have planned to take place on the 29th of april 2011 is a Spring egg hunt during lunch at school. The egg hunt is expected to be a school spirit building surprise for students. Students will come out of their classrooms off to lunch to the sight of plastic eggs filled with surprises in them making them a little more excited about going to school and possibly make some new friends.
What are some problems that you may have?
Since I got approval by Mr. Mccomb and funding by the ASB, two very important steps taken, there isn't many major challenges that I may face, but some I still may face are the weather, getting the word out and possibly students not wanting to participate and possibly my helpers not being able to get out of class early to help with the egg hunt.
How are you going to be sure to achieve your milestone goals?
I will meet my milestone dates by making sure that I force my helpers to help me with meeting the quota on posters.
What materials do you need?
I already have the materials due to ASB's generosity, no others will be needed.
What other things besides materials are you going to need?
I need helpers or else there is no way I will be able to hide all the eggs or put all of the surprises into them in time before the deadline.
How many people will I need?
Well I currently have two teams of people, One is volenteers to help pack and hide the eggs, the other is the group helping me with posters and posting them.
Eggs: Drew, Andrew, Maritza and Chanel
Posters: Molly and John
What are my plans to hold my group accountable for the success of my project?
My plan is make my group be excited for the project as much the people that are participating in the egg hunt which will in the end make them feel obligated to make this project a success.
